Architectural Dill

I'm growing the annual herb Antheum graveolens this summer. Commonly known as Dill, it's finely feathered foliage is a useful for cooking with fish in particular. I'm also using it as a foliage plant to compliment some of the beautiful blue Larkspur and white Cosmos flowers I'm growing. It's good to have half foliage and half flowers in a vase!

Dill is an tall and sturdy architectural plant growing three to four feet tall. It has huge open flower heads in shades of lime green and acid yellow. When you pick a stem you can strip most of the leaves off to use for cooking and just use the flower head to add lightness and contrast to your vase of cut flowers. Lovely!
